Nikkei Rooftop brunch

Brunch at Kaiyō isn't the usual lineup. Our menu is built on Peruvian Nikkei flavors: ceviche in bright leche de tigre, chaufa fried rice topped with two fried eggs and aji amarillo, Tokyo Matcha French Toast on Japanese milk bread, and our Nikkei Chirashi Bowl. Add fresh sushi, a Peruvian Carijillo, and the best skyline views in the city, then settle in for a rooftop brunch experience like no other.
