For Restaurant Week, we’ve put together a three-course prix fixe for $75 that features the perfect taste of our menu, with miso black cod or Hokkaido scallop ceviche, Toyosu nigiri and sashimi sets, and Arroz con Pato or Braised Short Rib. Choose one dish from each course.
First Course
- Miso Cod: miso black cod, baby bok choy, ginger dashi broth, crispy quinoa, cracked cancha
- Scallop Ceviche: Hokkaido scallops, passion fruit leche de tigre, smoked miso-yam, ikura, quinoa, plantain
Second Course
- Toyosu Nigiri Set: chutoro, shima aji, iwana (3 pc)
- Kaiyō Sashimi Set: tuna, hamachi, salmon (4 pc)
- Nigiri Sashimi Combination: chutoro, shima aji, iwana, tuna sashimi, hamachi sashimi, salmon sashimi (6 pc), +$10
Third Course
- Arroz con Pato: Sonoma duck, Peruvian cilantro rice, kabocha, carrots, edamame, choclo, chalaquilla, huancaína, red peppers
- Braised Short Rib: black angus, aji amarillo, aji panca, tomatoes, shoyu, carrots, choclo, edamame, cancha, garlic, miso corn, cilantro

A Halloween of Yokai, Spirits & Dark Waters
On Halloween night, venture into the depths of KAIYŌ’s Triangle where the ocean turns dark, spirits emerge, and the unknown comes alive.
Inspired by the legendary Devil’s Sea, also known as the Dragon’s Triangle, a mysterious region of the Pacific Ocean south of Tokyo rumored to be the site of unexplained disappearances, KAIYŌ Rooftop transforms into a supernatural world of Yokai, spirits, and dark waters.
On October 31 from 9PM–1AM, descend into the Devil’s Sea for a night of haunting energy, Japanese-inspired Halloween revelry, and panoramic city views. DJ Playstation takes over the rooftop with a high-energy soundtrack as guests are invited to arrive in their most creative, terrifying, and otherworldly costumes.
Come dressed to enter the Triangle. A special costume contest will take place throughout the night, with prizes awarded to some of the night’s best-dressed creatures of the deep.
