Kaiyo is a Nikkei restaurant and rooftop bar in SoMa, bringing together Japanese and Peruvian cuisine in one of San Francisco's most unique dining spaces.
We're looking for servers who take hospitality seriously and want to be part of a team that's building something special. This is a role for someone who genuinely loves people, takes pride in their craft, and wants to grow in a thoughtful, chef-driven environment.
What the role looks like
- Delivering warm, knowledgeable, and attentive service across our dining room and rooftop
- Guiding guests through a Nikkei menu - Japanese technique, Peruvian soul
- Working closely with the kitchen and bar team to create a seamless guest experience
- Representing the Kaiyo brand with professionalism and genuine hospitality
What we're looking for
- At least 1 year of full-service restaurant experience
- Someone dependable, detail-oriented, and a true team player
- Genuine interest in food, beverage, and the stories behind them
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
