We're looking for a host who understands that the first impression is everything — and who brings genuine warmth to every guest who walks through the door.
What the role looks like
- Welcoming guests and setting the tone for their entire experience
- Managing reservations and the waitlist with accuracy and calm
- Communicating clearly with the floor team to keep seating flowing
- Handling guest inquiries, special requests, and any early concerns with grace
What we're looking for
- Someone with a natural warmth and a professional presence
- Strong communication skills and the ability to stay calm when it's busy
- Prior hosting or customer-facing experience preferred
- Availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays
